Serre St. Laz is a small business specializing in transforming hot peppers. Our goal is to introduce the world of peppers without focusing solely on spiciness.
Having completed her diploma in Horticulture in 2019, the owner cultivated several thousand plants on a medium scale. In 2021, a specialization in Food Processing led to the creation of our recipes. Today, this expertise is dedicated exclusively to growing specific types of peppers that allow us to share this flavorful world with those who don’t typically eat spicy food, through our unique recipes.
