Salsa made with our oranges tomatoes grown in field and our chili peppers that taste like mango. Yes yes, it really does taste like mango but there are none !! Perfect with tacos, nachos, subs, crackers and cheese, on a pizza etc.

A spicy oil that takes the flavouor of the chili peppers. Since we use canola, you just have to fill as you consume it, the oil will always take the flavour of the chillis as long as there are some left in the jar. Perfect for cooking or put on a pizza.

A relish made entirely of hot peppers; This wears its name very well! After the sweet taste it's like an explosion of flavour like fireworks. Use as a condiment, in a tartare or to spice up any dish.

Reasonably Spicy Pizza Sauce

A pizza sauce that meets the spicy level that the whole family can appreciate. This chili pepper works especially on the tip of the lips and disappears as soon as it comes. With a fatty element such as cheese, the spiciness completely leaves but keeps the flavours.

EXTRA Spicy Pizza Sauce

A pizza sauce for adults! It is really spicy no matter what you top it with. The chili pepper travels from the tip of the tongue to the back of the mouth while increasing in intensity.

Spicy eggplant dip

In honor of my friend Julie; Here's a spicy eggplant dip. Recipe based on baba ghanouj. Perfect with vegetables, chips or even as a mayonnaise replacement in a sandwich!

A sea buckthorn sauce that tastes like sea buckthorn! It is very mild. Pairs perfectly with fish and white meats; especially pork. Very versatile, add oil to make it into a marinade, or white balsamic vinegar to make a vinaigrette and with plain yogurt it makes an excellent fondue dip.

A sauce made to be brushed and cooked on the BBQ, smoker or on the roasting pan! Once caramelized, several more layers can be added to increase the heat level.

A slightly spicy raspberry jelly that pairs well with eggrolls as a cherry sauce replacement or on your toasts in the morning. Compliments the wine and cheese dinners.
